Our terms of working Company
- Deals are preferred in 5 star hotel only.
- We will pursue our deal of “POWER ANTIQUE MATERIAL” if the material is as per our requirement. Cost of packing of the material in a proper kit and any other requirement to keep material safe will taken care by the company or as per the terms discussed and agreed between both parties.
- Company checks the quality and purity of the material and this involves expense which is collected by the company as a requisite fee from the customer. This Fee will be neither refundable nor transferable.
- Formalities are the responsibilities of the company. They will provide the documents as discussed and mentioned in the MOU between both parties.
- Payments will be made in the account as desired by the customer.
- The second party shall provide guarantee certificate from government of India to guarantee the withdrawal and spending of this amount of the business for a period of fifteen years.
- Payments are made with legal documents and with in the period defined in the MOU. Payment will be made in the desired account of the customer.
- If the second party fails to fulfills or violates any of the condition and clauses in the MOU first party and their associates can move to the court for arbitration in accordance with arbitration cancellation act 1995 for the enforcement of the terms/ or for compensation of double amount of their submitting fees.
- The direct meeting between the second party and second party co-ordinator with the first party shall be conducted in the presence of auditor or advocate or the first party recommended persons. All the decisions and document which are made with the mutual understanding in these meeting shall be acknowledge and the authenticated by professionals.
