Work Flow
AUTHENTICITY OF THE MATERIAL
- We get information regarding Article (Please Avoid Fake calls. Our and your time is precious. Avoid wasting it, it is chargeable). We fix venue where meetings can be conducted and Article can be seen. Normal condition it is agreed by mutual consent of both parties. During meeting we discuss all conditions, including payments and check if the article is genuine antique. Date and place of next meeting is scheduled.

Memorandum of Understanding
- FIRST PAYMENT
We have been sourcing 18th and 19th century antiques directly from almost all part of world, specializing in mirrors, tables, Bendable Glass, Oil Paintings, Water Paintings Currencies etc. We hand pick every item and focus on finding stylish, quality pieces actual antiques that we would love to have in our own home. We developed our love of antiques having studied, lived and worked in UK. We and our team aim to make antiques work in a modern context and to offer outstanding value on unique and exciting items. - Joint Custody
After Payment made by second party Understanding of Joint custody is made between both parties. (Both parties have right to change terms by informing each other in writings well in advance.) In normal conditions Article is kept in Joint custody of both parties i.e. First and Second Party. Venue is decided among both parties. Normally and considering safety concerns article is kept in any 5 or 7 Star hotel. Period of Joint custody is almost of 20 – 25 days or as memorandum of understanding among the parties. - Transfer of Ownership
Article is taken into custody by second party after making final payment to the First Party. First Party will hand over the article to the Second party after complete satisfaction of payment receipt. Once receipt of payment is confirmed first party will make sure that all the hurdles of documentation or any bindings of govt. is cleared the power of attorney or the article (whatever may be the case); first party will hand it over to the second party. Second Party receipt of material and owner transfer ship article; duly signed is compulsory. - Declaration

Transfer of ownership of material
The material will be transferred to the second party only after the full amount withdrawn by the first party. Power of attorney to the deal the material or the key of the room where the material is kept. Will be given to the second party only after the withdrawal of entire amount by the first party covered by this movement with all official and departmental clearances. At the time of receiving key of the door of joint custody the second party should give the receipt of the material and its total ownership.
